Healthy, functioning teams are a key component to successful businesses. Systemic team coaching recognises that teams are systems too and exist within the wider organisational system. The clarity of focus and quality of collective leadership in the team, along with the relationships and interactions that take place between its members and the wider system, all play a part in the team's success.
Our focus in working with teams involves coaching both its individual members and the whole team over a period of time to support:
- collaboration
- understanding of purpose
-
ownership of team leadership
-
alignment of team and organisational goals
-
recognition of and engagement with stakeholders
-
delivery of team goals

Action learning, sometimes referred to as group or peer coaching, provides the opportunity for those who have individual goals, but who may share a common purpose with others, to meet together to explore their individual challenges in a setting which encourages peer-to-peer learning. The coach acts as facilitator, guiding the group in supporting its individual members through effective questioning, listening, brainstorming, sharing of insights and accountability.

Strategic planning/away-day facilitation

The growth and success of all organisations, and the teams within them, depend on the clarity and execution of business strategy. Taking time out of the normal business routine to allow a board, management team, project team or department to work together on setting goals and planning for agreed outcomes is now a common event. We support clients who seek to use this valuable space in the most productive way possible, helping the gathered group to maintain collective ownership, focus, clarity and accountability.
We are able to offer support at all stages of this process - from setting the agenda and agreeing content through to facilitation of plenary and sub-group discussions.
